Our prices always include standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. depending on the quantity of engraved bricks ordered. We ship using USPS, UPS, or truck freight.
For large orders, your engraved bricks will arrive by freight on pallets. We do not charge extra for residential delivery, lift-gate service, or a pallet jack. Unlike our competitors, we ensure there are no additional fees for lift-gate services on delivery trucks. All of our trucks are equipped with both to make your delivery experience easier and cost-free.
Lifetime Warranty
Provided that the bricks are installed, maintained, and sealed properly, BricksEngraving.com guarantees the quality and legibility of the engraving for the lifetime of the brick. We ensure that there will be no chipping, fading, or peeling of the engraved area. Our warranty covers the replacement of your bricks entirely at our expense; however, it does not include the cost of installation.
BricksEngraving.com’s limited warranty does not apply to issues resulting from previously approved text or clip art errors tampering, misuse, or abuse, improper installation, maintenance, or application, natural disasters, or acts of God, excluding normal weather conditions such as rain, snow, sleet, or freeze/thaw cycles. Additionally, our limited warranty does not cover any materials not supplied by BricksEngraving.com.

Brick Cleaning Tips:
● Debris Removal: Sweep pavers regularly with a soft broom to prevent stains from leaves and soil.
● Mild Cleaning: Use a mild detergent mixed with water. For heavy dirt, apply the detergent directly and rinse thoroughly.
● Stain Removal: Use organic stain removers that contain no harsh acids, caustics, or solvents.
● Efflorescence Removal: Clean chalky white haze with a vinegar and water solution or a recommended product from your contractor.
What To Avoid:
● Cleaning Methods: Do not use high-pressure water or steel brushes.
● Acid-Based Cleaners: Avoid using acid-based cleaners.
● Snow Removal: Avoid using salt and shovels. Instead, use sand or biodegradable cat litter for traction. If you receive your bricks on a pallet, be sure to remove the plastic wrap as soon as possible to avoid moisture being captured in the bricks and possibly causing efflorescence.

6. Place Orders
