Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement shipment, the following conditions must be met:

Defects Covered By Warranty

Replacements are accepted for defects covered by our warranty, such as chipping, fading, or peeling of the engraved area or any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for issues or damage resulting from previously approved text or clip art errors, tampering, misuse, abuse, improper installation or maintenance, natural disasters, or acts of God, excluding normal weather conditions (e.g., rain, snow, sleet, freeze/thaw).

Replacement Process

1. Inspection: First, please email pictures of the damaged shipment to [email protected]
2. You are not required to return damaged bricks.

Resolution

Upon receiving your pictures of your damaged bricks, our team will confirm and re-produce and replace the entire order.

1. Replacement: We will replace the defective bricks at no additional cost to you.

2. Exclusions: Please note that our warranty covers the cost of the bricks only and does not include installation costs.

When you’re ready to begin your engraved brick fundraising campaign, please fill out the form and we will call you by phone to discuss the details of your project. This step is essential and required to ensure the success of your campaign.

3. Project Approval

During our call, we will discuss the options and artwork for your brick fundraising campaign and seek your final approval on all brick attributes offered to your donors.

4. Fundraising Web Page Creation

Once your project details are approved, we will build and host your custom online fundraising campaign ordering webpage. You can also keep your webpage on file with us, edit and use for future brick fundraising campaigns.

5. Start Your First Fundraising!

Once your personalized online fundraising web page is ready, you will receive an email with your promotion link and the information of your campaign. You’ll be able to manage all your orders in one easily accessible place and begin promoting your fundraising campaign with your fundraising webpage link.

6. Place Orders

Once your fundraising campaign concludes, we will issue an invoice. Upon receiving your payment, we will begin processing your order. Please note that we cannot initiate any orders until full payment has been received.
